Fuel Pipe Kit.  A complete replacement of Fuel Hose, Fuel Filter, Screw Clips and Metal pipe for a VW Camper Splitscreen and Baywindow. Everything you need from the fuel tank to the carburettor. The kit contains: 2.5 metres of internally braided 6mm fuel pipe. This fuel line has 2 layers of rubber with a braid between the layers to give it strength. It is rated at 10 bar or 150 PSI. Which makes it also suitable for fuel injection engines. Internal diameter 6mm. External diameter 13mm. This fuel line is superior to externally cotton braided pipe as externally braided hides deterioration of the rubber. Barbed inline fuel filter. This filter is directional and has barbs on the inlet and outlet to stop the fuel line from coming off. Length of metal pipe with sacrificial hose. This metal pipe goes through the tin wear and has a piece of sacrificial hose to stop the tin wear cutting the metal pipe. 8x12-13mm screw clips. Screw clip are superior to other clips because they apply even pressure around the circumference of the fuel pipe. They don't pinch the hose which can cause fuel leaks. As you are probably aware fuel fires are common in classic VW's due to lack of maintenance of the fuel line and carburettor. Your fuel line from the tank to the carb should be checked and possibly changed every year.

Twin Carb Fuel Pipe Kit. This contains an extra 4 screw clips (12 total) and an extra 1m of fuel line (3.5m total). All of the components can also be bought separately.
